Debbie was great. Service put 44 psi in my tires instead of the recommended 32 psi. Problem: I returned my survey yesterday and told of the problem with the air pressure at 42 psi. I released air this am yo 32 psi, which it should be, and found that one of the valve caps was left off. Can you please send me one. It has the green end on it. Small thing yes but I have to wonder what else the mechanic forgot or left off. This goes into quality of workmanship and trust. This time poor air pressure and the loss of an air valve cap what will be the next thing or things. This gives me pause in returning to your shop. I know the cap is a small thing but a big deal to me as I keep my maxima in perfect condition. Oh yes, it's a 2017 I bought from you with less than 2900 miles on it. I really would appreciate it if you would mail me the valve cap. Please don't look at this and think it's trivia as I don't. I see your mechanic not doing the job to keep your dealership in superior customer service. Plus Debbie did a good job. I rated her a ten. But, I also have a phone problem that the car does not voice the voices thru the speakers. Debbie worked on it but finally showed me how to by pass the problem instead of fixing it. If I do each time I answer the phone thrust the car system I will not be able to concentrate on driving and could cause an accident. I will write the manufacturer and see if they can resolve it.
