I took my Rogue into Henderson Nissan because it wasn’t starting after I had it in for service the day before. Debbie was my service advisor and without question said she would get it taken care of immedia starting after I had it in for service the day before. Found the technician inexperienced in diagnosis. They just change parts until they find a solution. In my situation they unable to fix the problem. I bought my truck in because my fuel gage was not worki just change parts until they find a solution. In my situation they unable to fix the problem. I bought my truck in because my fuel gage was not working. They changed parts that did not need to be changed and charge me for them. After several parts changes to my truck they returned it to me without fixing the original request. The fuel gage still does not work. Very unsatisfied. More

I wasn't really ready to trade in my car but I was made easier buy the staff at this dealership. From Aaron Fierro in sales, Ray in finance to Angela Briseno delivery specialist. Aaron never placed any pressure on me to trade in and buy my new pathfinder. He gave me time and space to make my decision as well as keeping me informed when the car I wanted was made available to them. Ray was very informative with paperwork we needed to close the deal and Angela took the time to explain all thr bells and whistle my new car had. I would definitely recommend this dealership and these individuals if you are in the market of purchasing a Nissan car/ truck. More
