The level of customer service that we have received at Henderson Nissan is unparalleled. All the staff we have run into was honest, helpful, patient, accommodating, efficient and friendly. Our sales rep, Henderson Nissan is unparalleled. All the staff we have run into was honest, helpful, patient, accommodating, efficient and friendly. Our sales rep, Fierro, was outstanding before, during and well after the purchase of our cars. He listened to our needs and matched them, all with professionalism and great personality. He is our go-to person! Rachel, in finance, made that part of the transaction painless, completely clear and transparent to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything. Angela gave us extremely thorough tours of our vehicles, she answered all of our questions and took the time to make sure all the tech was set up before we left. She gave us a tour and answered questions we had about additional parts. Oscar also took care of our truck, he was friendly and explained everything that was done. David, in parts, was knowledgeable as well and a good consultant for future modifications on our truck. Overall, we received great customer service and exceptional communication from all of them and all the staff at Henderson Nissan. Buying new cars can be a long process, and they made us comfortable and accompanied in that process. Never had a dealership experience like that before. We will be sure to be back and refer anyone to them! More
