Poor communication between sales and service. Bought a used van from this dealership with a few issues. Was promised a new windshield by the sales manager and when it was time to replace it, service depar used van from this dealership with a few issues. Was promised a new windshield by the sales manager and when it was time to replace it, service department said they would just put some resin. The sales manager who promised to replace it all of a sudden denied saying that he would replace it. Also informed them about the windshield washer not working. It should be part of one of the safety features. Service manager just ignored the issue. Had to pay an outside mechanic to fix the issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone else. Horrible experience. More

I was very happy that yesterday I brought my car in without a appointment to have my oil changed and the employee told me I would have to wait 2 hours which I was fine with. After 1 hour the car was do without a appointment to have my oil changed and the employee told me I would have to wait 2 hours which I was fine with. Always professional, friendly and correct with the length of waiting time. Prices may be a bit high but they know what they are doing. Every staff member I saw was very pleasant. Donovan was great, he explained everything that would be done to my vehicle. I was given an estimated time of completion which was almost exact.
