The poor rating is actually For The email/website they use to set up an appointment I requested a vehicle ride home after getting there I was told they did not have that available. I spoke to the service use to set up an appointment I requested a vehicle ride home after getting there I was told they did not have that available. I spoke to the service rep regarding the email and the discount that was offered and was told my service was not included. So basically It was a bait and switch tactic. I chose Henderson Nissan because of a good experience I've had with them before and the bad experience I've had at other dealerships/service here in Vegas unfortunately I don't think I will be returning to Henderson Nissan.
