I still haven't heard from you about the part that is needed to fix the driver's seat broken mechanism. You had said it would be in by the end of August. On the 13th of September I responded to Donovan’ needed to fix the driver's seat broken mechanism. You had said it would be in by the end of August. On the 13th of September I responded to Donovan’s request for review and asked why I still haven't heard from him as to what was going on about the needed part and repair … and STILL, as of today October 18, I haven't even been given an update. Please check why the delay and if there's a problem why I haven’t been given an update. Also let me note that even though my Rogue has a little over 8000 miles AND is always protected by being parked INSIDE my garage … So far I’ve had a broken gasket which caused an oil leak which severely damaged the floor of my garage which I’m unable to clean PLUS I need a $100+ a.c. filter PLUS I have this problem with my driver’s seat mechanism. All very frustrating as you can image. I appreciate your attention to this matter. More
