Service was good! Although it took a little longer than expected, they managed to get the job done and check that my battery was about to die. Edward was polite and knowledgeable and the front desk team as expected, they managed to get the job done and check that my battery was about to die. The only thing I didn't like was one of the guys who dropped my car off to me once it was finished being serviced. He came up to me with no hello or how are you and expected me to hand my receipt to him and dropped off my car with no goodbye or thank you for choosing Henderson Nissan. Bad customer service from him I would say is my only complaint. More

I have always received great service at Henderson Nissan. The only problem was I was called that my car was ready, but when I arrived at the Dealer, it wasn't. I had to wait another 45 minutes. I had my car checked for $150 diagnostic fee but was told by Edward that fee will go towards the repair if ever. They found a lot of things to repair and given me ridiculous amount for repair cost so I just by Edward that fee will go towards the repair if ever. They found a lot of things to repair and given me ridiculous amount for repair cost so I just had one repair done that I can afford for the meantime which was belt replacement. When I got my car I was charge with the repair cost plus the diagnostic fee! I complained to Edward why I’m still charged with $150 diagnostic fee and reminded him of what he said that it will be deducted to repair cost but he insisted that i have to pay it! Was so disappointed with that guy that doesn’t have a word of honor! More
