Debbie didn’t return our call from the visit before after I left a message and requested she call. I received a message telling me I missed an appointment when I never scheduled one! Also, Debbie never called to let us know the part we were waiting for was in. She specifically told my husband she would do this. When I arrived for service, not a single person responded to me, for example, we’ll be right with you. Then, someone called me over, looks my car up, and said “oh you’re scheduled with Debbie. You have to go there.” No customer service at all!!!! Everyone seemed like they could care less that you were there. On this visit, they gave my vehicle a pass on inspection but had a reverse light out. I already knew it was out, so was surprised when I got the text it passed. When I pointed this out to Debbie, her response was “well they can’t see that light when they are by themselves”. What???? You don’t have a second person to help with brake and reverse lights??? I feel like the inspections wasn’t even done. They left a piece of something loose under the hood from last service that they needed to put on. Debbie took it like it was no big deal that they left a piece of my car bouncing around under the hood.When I left they tried giving me the wrong car. The only positive was my wait was short. From the service desk to the employee outside getting your vehicle, terrible. Everyone looked like I was bothering them!!! It doesn’t take much to smile and be nice to people. I’m a nurse, and if I acted this way, she wouldn’t have a job. No excuse. I’ve been to other dealers multiple times and they greet you as you pull in and couldn’t be nicer. They need classes in customer service for sure, as well as some education to be done with the mechanics. More

Service was good! Although it took a little longer than expected, they managed to get the job done and check that my battery was about to die. Edward was polite and knowledgeable and the front desk team as expected, they managed to get the job done and check that my battery was about to die. The only thing I didn't like was one of the guys who dropped my car off to me once it was finished being serviced. He came up to me with no hello or how are you and expected me to hand my receipt to him and dropped off my car with no goodbye or thank you for choosing Henderson Nissan.
