The dealership is clean, air conditioned, and there’s always staff around to help. The process wasn’t too long, about 5 hours even though I wasn’t financing, I appreciate getting the opportunity to test always staff around to help. The process wasn’t too long, about 5 hours even though I wasn’t financing, I appreciate getting the opportunity to test drive without a salesperson in the car with me and respected my social distancing concerns. I also appreciated that my gender wasn’t used against me as I have been profiled and told “you should bring your husband back” from other dealerships in the past. Christian treated me like a person and with respect. He also took the time to get to know me and kept me entertained while all of the paperwork was being processed. Also, we were given snacks and water which was nice. This is the second car I purchased from them, so they must be doing something right. More
