Very nice people to deal with. Took the time to show us the cars we were interested in. Explain about the financing and what payment would be. I had my car checked for $150 diagnostic fee but was told by Edward that fee will go towards the repair if ever. They found a lot of things to repair and given me ridiculous amount for repair cost so I just by Edward that fee will go towards the repair if ever. They found a lot of things to repair and given me ridiculous amount for repair cost so I just had one repair done that I can afford for the meantime which was belt replacement. When I got my car I was charge with the repair cost plus the diagnostic fee! I complained to Edward why I’m still charged with $150 diagnostic fee and reminded him of what he said that it will be deducted to repair cost but he insisted that i have to pay it! Was so disappointed with that guy that doesn’t have a word of honor! More

Does a poor job of keeping in touch and offering updates. Did not offer discounts even though they were available. Misquoted the price several times and for not appropriately apply discounts.
