Edward was very accommodating. I had an airbag recall and I tried arranging a rental/loaner car. I called twice ahead of time and left a message but didn't get a call back. When I went to go pick up the vehicle they were busy and it could of taken a while to talk to someone but the manager came out and immediately took care of me and it was only 10 minutes until I was driving off with car.
