Service was fast and my car even got cleaned after just an oil change. The morning crew was friendly and waiting area is nice. I made an appointment for 5 pm & when I walked in they were down my neck about it. Asking why I would make it so late and that they wouldn’t service my vehicle & that their system shouldn’t have let me bo were down my neck about it. Then I guess they decided to service my vehicle but then throw it in my face that they had to get ppl to stay late & pay extra , when I was fine going somewhere else to service my vehicle because I wasn’t , & would never go back to get my car serviced . Whoever helped me last night was beyond rude & disrespectful & did not treat me like a customer, fix your appointment system on line people instead of taking it out on ppl More

This Nissan Service Department is THE premier auto service provider for Henderson, and Las Vegas. Mike runs a first class operation and his crew of customer service reps, service technicians and admi service provider for Henderson, and Las Vegas. Mike runs a first class operation and his crew of customer service reps, service technicians and administrative staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. The place is spotless and the customer waiting area is noted for its big screen TV's, comfortable lounge seats, and free wifi. Chris was my representative on this service visit and he kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle while it was being worked on. Fast, professional and honest car repairs at a fair price...You can't beat this place. More
