Ed Mayapis has been our service writer two consecutive times. He is customer service orientated; professional, polite, and timely. He takes the aggravation experienced when our car has to go ‘in the sho times. He is customer service orientated; professional, polite, and timely. He takes the aggravation experienced when our car has to go ‘in the shop’.... out of the equation. We appreciate the job he does. On the other hand, the female cashier was the exact opposite. Rude, dismissive, doesn’t act professionally, and does not appear to enjoy her job. She was visibly frustrated and everyone within 10 feet of her knee it. She could learn a lot from Ed! More
