I have been having issues with my transmission since 2017. Every Nissan that I have gone to tells me that they can only rebuild my transmission. Overall great experience. Our salesman Brandon was knowledgeable and took the time to go over the features in our 2021 Altima. Richard in the finance department was also great. He took the time to explain everything we were signing. My only issue came when negotiating the price. Zero percent financing for 60 months was advertised on the internet. They initially claimed it was 0.9% financing for 60 months. I pointed out there advertisement and they did honor it. However, they also claimed they would pay up to $500 towards your registration. The sales manager would only honor $300 dollars because I got 0% financing. It’s a small thing I know but felt like they were trying not to honor their advertising. So my advice is to make sure you have your web page open so that you can fight for what was promised in the advertising. (Even though they did not honor the $500 towards registration.) Overall was a good experience and would recommend Brandon to friends and family. Would caution them to assume your going to given what is being advertised. More
