Upon entering 2 days in a row no one acknowledged or greeted me. The salesman never even showed me how to start car. I purchased a 2019 Altima and had to return to get a full tank of gas. The whole service department personnel was bad they just ignored you they did not ask me what I needed until the manager showed up and ask if I have been help. I tried fixing a window problem myself but got in over my head. I contacted Henderson Nissan and was able to get the car in right away.
