Bought a used car Nissan Sentra from this dealer, tranny went bad after 700 miles and less than 30 days, they worked with us to get the vehicle fix for us, they charged us $1500 to fix it, not happy about t went bad after 700 miles and less than 30 days, they worked with us to get the vehicle fix for us, they charged us $1500 to fix it, not happy about that but at least they worked with us to fix it, i strongly believe that we should not have to go through this that quick or pay anything extra to fix it because we trusted them that they check their vehicle before they sell it but obviously that was not the case we are not happy with this whole situation but we can not change the out come at this point, Oscar told me the warranty for new part is nationwide coverage but in the back the paperwork says that the warranty is good only for the Henderson location so either he does not know his job and just make thing up or he lied, not sure. I will still work with them if i have to but they are not on top of my list for sure, the purchase price was fare to begin with but after we paid the extra $1500 to fix the tranny then i think we paid too much plus we had to go through the extra hassle, if we were suppose to pay for a tranny we could buy it from the street and save money, the reason we bought it from the dealer was the fact we thought they will inspect their unit otherwise we could buy it from the street, it was very unfair to pay all the money and trust these people and still go through the hassle, i dont think its a right way to do business, the only thing i give these people was the fact they were somewhat understanding and nice the whole time and to be honest i think that was the leass they could do More
