Outstanding Customer Service I want to say a few words on the help and cooperation I received the last couple days from the GM ( Darren Johnston) went over and above to sit down I want to say a few words on the help and cooperation I received the last couple days from the GM ( Darren Johnston) went over and above to sit down and help me and my family in a very hardship situation. It goes without saying the first couple days with Bernie and Lee doing all they could to work with me and answer all questions along with figuring ways to get me a new car--yes we had struggles on my account not having good credit and obstacles but they stood by and worked all they could to get it done. On Thursday (8/2) I went back to see possibly any last solutions that Bernie wanted to discuss with DJ on, I worked with Ryan for another few hours while Bernie and DJ came down from his office to work behind the front desk working on all kinds of angles for a couple hours to see just what they could do---Well making a long story short they came to me with a new Rogue that fit right into my budget I honestly and sincerely can say Bernie never gave up on me ( and I am not always the easiest or most patient guy) but these guys and I mean all that I dealt with, DJ, Bernie, Lee, Ryan. Kevin, and Viktor were all Wonderful, I am forever indebted for there great service and care of me and my family. First Class VIP Service Lee Bueno and the General Manager DJ gave me the most amazing service I have ever had. They were on top of everything and I was in and out in an hour. Quick and easy oil change I called for an oil change appointment and told that is "first come, first served" so no appointment needed. I got there around 10 am thinking it will take all day and was pleasantly surprised within about an hour or so, I was told my car was ready. More
