Great customer service by Oscar! He patiently answered questions and took time to explain things. I feel that the services are on the pricey side. But I love that the dealership regularly sends me coupons and service reminders. And the free car washes are a huge perk! I was a bit dismayed that the person who returned my car took it upon himself, without asking me, to separate my key from the fob - putting me at risk of losing one or the other. However, overall great service at this location keeps me coming back! More
