Chris was helpful and nice. Waited about 5 minutes after pulling up and someone else came out. Usually that doesn't happen. Took about 1-1 1/2 hours for multi point inspection and oil change. My experience with the service department has been disappointing with how Oscar has handled my issues. I'm not sure if Oscar gets commission on non- warranty work. Had to go over his head to resolve issues with my Nissan Frontier to the service mgr Mr. Fiote. Service manager is FANTASTIC..but it seems to me if the service mgr is not there nothing gets fixed. I'm very disappointed with Oscar and his attitude. I prefer that he does not handle my service anymore. More
