I did not have a good experience. Poor service and maintenance. Bo was the only one who cared. I had purchased a vehicle on Wednesday the 3rd. Angel, the sales rep showed me a Hyundai Sonata that I liked. I revived the car and was told I had to get a recall fixed on the Sonata. I was told to be at Findlay Nissan Service dept at 8am on Friday June 5th. I went and Findlay Nissan’s service folks were not helpful and told me to go to Hyundai down the road and they would have to fix it. They told me to go and I asked some questions for clarification and help but they said I just had to go to Hyundai. I called Angel and told him that I was sent to Hyundai to get the part fixed. He told me he was inside and I wanted to talk to him in person. I was already irritated with the service department lack of help but things happen. Angel told apologized and asked if I could come Monday. I told him I was from out of town and was only staying until Sunday but told him I would extend a day in Las Vegas. I spent my own money on the hotel. Monday the 8th I show up at 8am and was told again to go to Hyundai but this time by a manger named Kourtney. I asked for a person to contact once I got there and she said to just go to Hyundai’s service department. Upon arrival at Hyundai, they stated it could take all day. I went back to talk to Kourtney and told her the issue. She asked for “time to work on it”. She came back at 920 and saying she had a plan. She said she had a person at Hyundai that she was gonna take it to. I told her again I didn’t have all day to wait and my wife and I needed to get back to Yuma. I agreed for her to take the car to Hyundai. When Kourtney came back she said it would take a few hours. At this time, trying to stop being annoyed with the situation, I asked to look at trucks for my wife. My wife test drove three trucks and it was about 11. I had to cancel an appointment in Yuma that was scheduled at 4pm. I asked for a vehicle to go get food for my wife. They told me they could pay for an uber or we could walk to Ford next door and eat at their restaurant. No offer to pay for food. We walked, ate and came back. We got back to Findlay and no one comes up to talk to us. At noon, I get fed up with the lack of communication and text Angel if I could talk with him. When he walked up, I told him that all the documents have not been signed yet and I don’t want the vehicle anymore. He says okay and starts working on it. At this time, I’m working on an uber for my wife to go get a rental car and the finance guy I worked with came up to me. His name was David and he was awesome too. He talked to me quickly, apologized and offered 500$ and the car. I reject and said I want to leave without the car. I then told him I needed to walk my wife out because the uber was on its way. I went back inside and the sales manager came up and asked to talk to me. He took me into his office and we chatted. He apologized and asked what happened and told him what is in this review. He apologized and said that’s not the way he likes it things ran. I understand things happen but I told him I was ready to go. I asked him about the sonata since all of our belongings were in it. He said he would get back to me. I asked for a water on the way out of his office and he got me one and we shook hands. He was nice and the talk was good. I sat in the lobby for 5 minutes and I see Kourtney come out of an office and towards me. She tells me the Hyundai is ready and she is going to get it. I updated her on my decision about the car. She looks at me angrily and starts to argue with me, she told me the car is ready again and I just told her “I’m not here to argue with you. The car is ready for you”. She left and came back with the vehicle at 1. If we stayed and signed everything and changed the plates, we could have been there another hour. The reason for one star is because of Kourtney and the lack of communication. Angel, David the finance guy and the other manager were great. I was gonna trade in two vehicle and get a car and truck. More
