I wasn't kept up to date with what was going on with my car. It was in service for about a month total. If I call to check the status periodically, I always catch and leave voicemail and most of the time I got no response back. I needed a loaner car the first service due to a national back order of an ECM. As a single father, I my responsibilities as a father and provider still must go on. I wondered why should I pay 35.00 per day? I didn't because I couldn't afford it. I hope and pray that my next service experience will be better. I would like a different service rep other than Debbie Villan from now on. This is not intended to get someone in trouble. Just need to work on making the customer feel comfortable. Thank you so very much for your time.
