After a condescending remark about making the same request last time my vehicle was serviced, I was told that the missing valve stem caps would be replaced & again they were not. Also, the wait for an oil change is absolutely ludicrous & I had just had my vehicle detailed before dropping it off & it was filthy when I picked it up - covered in hand prints & water spots. Very disappointing!! More
