Last week, June 7, 2022, I went back to Henderson Nissan to have an oil change and I mentioned it again to Chris (for the fourth times) that the rattling sound is still there. When they done with the oil c to have an oil change and I mentioned it again to Chris (for the fourth times) that the rattling sound is still there. When they done with the oil change, I paid $104.41 and that includes the payment for the 21 clips (?) they said they replaced due to the clips they said became brittle. I did not ask to replace those 21 clips (on the front under body shields), what I asked them is to check that rattling noise. When I'm driving home the rattling sound still there. When they going to figure out where that rattling sound coming from. First, they said the transmission then they said NO, it’s the belt tensioner and pulley bearings that making noise and I paid $702.00 for that. To this day the rattling and clicking noise are still there, coming on and off. More
