Honestly, everyone I spoke to had a pleasant demeanor. However, my car was towed back to the shop due to the engine light coming back on. MIKE, the service shop manager completely took care of me. Fabian started the process, Mike finished with making sure this single mom was afforded the best care they could provide without sacrificing the bottom line of Nissan's bottom line. The reason for 4 stars, is that there were 2 days where I called in at 9 : 18 am and 9:23 am respectively and asked for an update on my car and was told I would receive a call back. I received nothing back ...ALL DAY. A simple phone call would have gone a long way to get the 5th star. Other than that, like I said...I tipped as much as I could to cashier ( saw her twice in one week, ) Fabian, hope he got it, tried to tip Mike and his mechanics but he was super noble and declined saying he would take care of his mechanics knowing the dire situation I was in and the fact they had to bring my car back in. And finally I tipped a tiny token to the gentleman on the lot that always brings the cars around and babysits them until we get them. KARMA....even though I don't have alot, and my car is old...I I have a few dollars and my kind words to make everyone feel appreciated. So thank you Nissan Henderson. One day, I hope to win the lottery so I can afford a Gently Used Car with your Company. More
