Went to Henderson Nissan last December because of ongoing problems with Autonation Nissan on Sahara in regards to faulty CVT issues and was just fed up with their subpar customer service. I came t ongoing problems with Autonation Nissan on Sahara in regards to faulty CVT issues and was just fed up with their subpar customer service. I came to Henderson Nissan and met Ruben Gomez (RIP, God rest his soul) and he took good care of me and made me feel like family. Ruben took my pathfinder in and had the whole CVT replaced and even gave me a loaner vehicle. He was always ready to give me updates and was just personable and really cared about his clients. I only went back to this location because of Ruben. So I come in for an oil change, rotation, and multi point inspection with a new advisor named Chris. Chris seemed ok, but not welcoming like Ruben, which I didn’t mind. What did bother me was that I told him about cvt studdering issues and wanted them to look at it since the cvt was replaced in December. An hour later, I get a text saying that the car is done. Chris doesn’t even talk to me about the recommendations of what service needs to be done nor does it say anything on the paperwork about my CVT getting looked at. He just passes the paperwork to the cashier and doesn’t even blink an eye. I actually had to message him asking him what work really needed to get done. You would think, if my rear brakes and rotors were in really bad shape that the service advisor would at least be a little concerned? Also, another recommendation was to do a CVT drain and refill. You would think they would at least look at the old service records and see that the whole CVT was replaced including a transmission drain and refill 5 months ago?!?!? All in all, just as bad customer service as Autonation Nissan, only real difference is they have loaner cars here and Autonation could care less when you get your car back. I’m not gonna even bother going to the 3rd Nissan stealership in Las Vegas because I’d rather give my hard earned money to a mom and pop car repair shop. I’m just gonna sell/trade in this car because I am throughly done with Nissan of America and their lack of customer service. By the way Nissan Consumer Affairs (Erin) I’m still waiting for refund on the rental car that I had to get when my vehicle was at Autonation Nissan. And to Ruben’s friends and family, I just wanted to say condolences about your loss. He was a great person and wish that there were more people as passionate about his job. He was a good guy and I’m sorry again your loss. More

I made an appointment for repairs and when I arrived I was taken in right on time. After checking in I went to the showroom lounge. The complimentary coffee is appreciated but complimentary donuts would b was taken in right on time. After checking in I went to the showroom lounge.
