Oil change took 1. 5 hours, wait time was to be under an hour. There were three others with long wait times also, they left the waiting area to keep checking on how much 5 hours, wait time was to be under an hour. The cashier girl, and the manager in the burgundy button shirt were both great and super courteous I had a great recent customer service experience. I want to especially thank Sonia, Donovan and Jessica for their assistance, and hard work. These 3 individuals deserve a raise. There was one guy there who I seemed to be invisible to as he was "Working hard". I didn't even get a "Hey, we'll be right with you", but that's ok. The people I mentioned made my 3 + hour service visit tolerable. Kudos to the guys who serviced my car as well. Great work. More

I was told the work done on the car was completed and in fact done exceptionally correct ANC’s fixed the problem. The ext day I used my car phone snd the problem predicts. I was charged for a fixed car and got the same condition going out as I did coming in. Not working correctly. It still doesn’t work right I was charged as mentioned for nothing. $100 plus dollars For what? This is the second time it has been looked st for the same problem. Not fixed either time. Why wasn’t the problem tried by the advisor to insure the problem had been fixed properly especially she was the first advisor that new of the problem. I’m disappointed. More
