Very disappointed with this place. I’ve been coming here for a few years and the last few services have been a complete joke. I got a lot of services done, one being an alignment. My car was given back to me dirtier than it was before. My steering wheel was shifted so far to the left after the “alignment” I almost got in an accident driving home. The shop corrected it, but I had to come back in to have them fix it. Recently I paid for an oil change for synthetic oil, and they used conventional oil. And wiped my car down with a dirty towel, after I had just cleaned my car, so it looked like I smeared grim all over my car. It is a complete waste of time and money to come here. And I am tempted to take legal action. More

I had my vehicle serviced at Henderson Nissan due to an oil change Carlos was my service advisor he did a Great job. The Service department checked out my vehicle before re Releasing it over to me. They found out that my oil cooler was leaking oil. I had them go a head and have it serviced. I got it back and I had driven it home no issues. I drove it to work and Heard a noise coming from the vehicle. Don’t know where the noise was coming from yet. I took it back to Henderson Nissan talked to the Service manager Mike. He took a look at it with in minutes he had gotten my vehicle into the service area. With in 15 minutes I had my vehicle back on the road. I could not be any happier. I just wanted to thank the Service manager mike for going above and beyond for my vehicle to get me back on the road with no further issues. Thank you all so very much for taking good care of my Vehicle. More

Honestly, everyone I spoke to had a pleasant demeanor. However, my car was towed back to the shop due to the engine light coming back on. MIKE, the service shop manager completely took care of me. Fabian started the process, Mike finished with making sure this single mom was afforded the best care they could provide without sacrificing the bottom line of Nissan's bottom line. The reason for 4 stars, is that there were 2 days where I called in at 9 : 18 am and 9:23 am respectively and asked for an update on my car and was told I would receive a call back. I received nothing back ...ALL DAY. A simple phone call would have gone a long way to get the 5th star. Other than that, like I said...I tipped as much as I could to cashier ( saw her twice in one week, ) Fabian, hope he got it, tried to tip Mike and his mechanics but he was super noble and declined saying he would take care of his mechanics knowing the dire situation I was in and the fact they had to bring my car back in. And finally I tipped a tiny token to the gentleman on the lot that always brings the cars around and babysits them until we get them. KARMA....even though I don't have alot, and my car is old...I I have a few dollars and my kind words to make everyone feel appreciated. So thank you Nissan Henderson. One day, I hope to win the lottery so I can afford a Gently Used Car with your Company. More
