I was told the work done on the car was completed and in fact done exceptionally correct ANC’s fixed the problem. The ext day I used my car phone snd the problem predicts. It still doesn’t work right I was charged as mentioned for nothing. $100 plus dollars For what? This is the second time it has been looked st for the same problem. Not fixed either time. Why wasn’t the problem tried by the advisor to insure the problem had been fixed properly especially she was the first advisor that new of the problem. I’m disappointed. More

Usually pretty good but dirty footprints and handprints were left and sticker for oil change was forgotten. I came back to get one. Fast service, my car was finished in one day. Ed was friendly and kept me informed. The lady from the office tried to charge me for “car rental” but Ed took care of that. I was so upset as my Ed was friendly and kept me informed. The lady from the office tried to charge me for “car rental” but Ed took care of that. I was so upset as my bill was $1700 for several plastic parts (frame bushings) she was trying to charge me for a loaner!!! Overall, I am pleased with a fast service and Ed’s help. More
