Went to get A Recall on the Hood latch fixed on My Nissan. Donovan was my Service Rep. He was Awesome.. when I arrived He was with another customer. but He acknowledged Me and told Me he would Be rig Nissan. Donovan was my Service Rep. He was Awesome.. when I arrived He was with another customer. but He acknowledged Me and told Me he would Be right with Me. When he called Me up and put in Mu info He seen there were 2 more recalls on My Car.. So I was like , Oh great I’m gonna have to come back again.. He said No Don’t worry I will get them All taken care of today. AI also had an Oil Change scheduled. So Now I’m looking at My 3 year old Grandson and thinking We are gonna Be here forever and He is going to drive Me crazy.. Donovan was SO AMAZING.. Bot only did they get my car done and back to me in little over an Hour.. He was listening and talking to My Grandson.. He let him “HELP” him.. So he thought. That meant the world to my Grandson. It has been weeks and He still is talking about Donovan.. His Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!! I Hope You guys take good care of him as an employee, because I know I can’t Be the only Guest saying good things about him.. Also everyone else in the office that day Were very friendly and attentive.. You Guys Are Awesome..THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT SERVICE More

Staff is friendly but had to bring my vehicle multiple times for a simple battery change and they lost my car when it was time to pick up my vehicle. If it wasn't for the warranty I'd take my car some whe times for a simple battery change and they lost my car when it was time to pick up my vehicle.
