Ruben was our customer service representative, he was very helpful. We came in only for an oil change and was told that we arrived at a good time. 2 hours later we got our vehicle back. For an oil change and a multi-point inspection that is too long. We will return for further maintenance for our vehicle, but are hoping the turnaround time will be much shorter for the easier jobs.
