It took 2 1/2 hrs to service my car. They didn’t have the part for the recall on my Nissan Rogue and still waiting on the part. I checked in on time and the Service rep at the counter was very rude and told part for the recall on my Nissan Rogue and still waiting on the part. I checked in on time and the Service rep at the counter was very rude and told me to wait and see another rep then he cordially helped another customer. I look Asian so it made me feel he was racist. This service rep was white. I’m giving 4 stars because the service rep that helped me was very nice and cordial. More
