I made an appointment for 830am on 9/15/21, had to reschedule at 930am. I was there before 930 and was told that it'd be 2.5 hrs, fine. I went to the front to check on my car before noon only to fin reschedule at 930am. I was there before 930 and was told that it'd be 2.5 hrs, fine. I went to the front to check on my car before noon only to find out that they haven't even looked at my car yet. A rep approached and offered help and said would look into it and must've forgotten about me, he was gone for about 20+ minutes and when he came back to his desk it was like nothing happened, not acknowledged me for my wait. Another rep noticed I've been waiting and he was the one who checked on it and made the difference. Waited for another 45 minutes and by the time I went back to check on my car it was finally ready. I had a coupon for a free oil change and I was comped my tire rotation for the hassle. My original rep did apologize for the wait but showed no empathy, I did not feel his sincerity. It was just like....sorry for the wait. 4 hours at the location and it was all I got. Why was I not informed of what was going on? Never received any updates while I patiently waited. Great job to the rep who helped me out, he showed customer service and he deserved the shout out. When I got to my car, I found the plastic on my seat, looks like they left it when they got out of my car. More
With the exception of the initial waiting period to be provided a rental, they were thorough and fixed what my car required. Debbie was responsive, informative and helpful.
