I had a warning in my connect app and wanted to make sure there wasn’t a problem with my truck. I didn’t have a appointment but the service tech got me right in a checked out my truck. Brought my pathfinder in for new brake pads. They told me they filled up my tires and topped off the fluids. Well they definitely did not fill up my tires as they were at the same low pressure when I drove a they filled up my tires and topped off the fluids. I bought my car here at Henderson Nissan and have had all my services done here. I needed a tire rotation and went to a different dealership near my house. Never again!! Auto Nation did not value me as a cus my services done here. I needed a tire rotation and went to a different dealership near my house. Never again!! Auto Nation did not value me as a customer at all. Very below par customer service. I would rather drive across the valley to Henderson Nissan. They are always respectful of my time and never suggest repairs I don’t need like Auto Nation. I’m a customer for life👍 More

Some of the dealers service adviser don’t give their hundred percent good attention or service if they don’t their customer.
