I had my car checked for $150 diagnostic fee but was told by Edward that fee will go towards the repair if ever. They found a lot of things to repair and given me ridiculous amount for repair cost so I just by Edward that fee will go towards the repair if ever. When I got my car I was charge with the repair cost plus the diagnostic fee! I complained to Edward why I’m still charged with $150 diagnostic fee and reminded him of what he said that it will be deducted to repair cost but he insisted that i have to pay it! Was so disappointed with that guy that doesn’t have a word of honor! More
