Findlay Nissan Henderson - Service Center

With the specials they offer to get your car serviced, I've always utilized the Oil Change Special. This special includes an oil change, oil filter change, multi-point inspection, and car wash. When I got I've always utilized the Oil Change Special. This special includes an oil change, oil filter change, multi-point inspection, and car wash. When I got my car back, a car wash was not done but I didn't make much of it since there were strong winds & thunderstorm warning at the time. After leaving the lot, I noticed that I was not given or sent a report of the inspection. Thus, I assume the inspection was not done. Overall experience was okay compared to other visits. I'm still going to bring my car in out of necessity but I'll make sure the services offered are done in the future More

My original review was 5stars for service. But my car was damaged and Debbie and the manager accepted responsibility and said they would fix it. Been over a week and they’ve been giving me the run around. Three times they said they’d contact me and let me know and three times they failed! I’ve now been forced to take recourse on this matter. Strange how they were so professional at first and now they have been so unprofessional! Hopefully this review will motivate them to be more active on making things right. More
