The staff is amazing and so friendly. They are very organized and the new system via text that let's you know the progress of the service and recommendations is unreal awesome! So easy and a wonderful way of communicating with the customer. The facility is super clean and the lounging area is very comfortable with a good amount of seating. It makes you not mind waiting, LOL. As soon as I pull up, I'm greeted. I just can't say enough. I'll bet that it is probably the best service facility around and because of it, I'll probably continue to purchase a Nissan. More

I went to buy a car there last year and it was not a good deal. I ended up going to Planet Nissan. I do use your service department for my oil changes and it's always been a pleasant experience this time the deal. I ended up going to Planet Nissan. I do use your service department for my oil changes and it's always been a pleasant experience this time they forgot to reset my tire light and now I have to go back to the dealership and deal with that. It's finding time in my schedule to go back. The other thing is I called a few weeks ago to ask about getting my car repaired there through state farm when I brought my car in they told me they don't have a body shop. So whoever is answering the phone, answering questions is not informed enough to give complete and accurate answers. That was another waste of my time. The service advisors are all nice, as well as the cashier and the shuttle driver Antoine. More
