New Car scar Purchased a 2019 Subaru Accent waited 10 weeks and when it arrived the color was wrong. Without a skip in his performance the dealer Manger said lets Purchased a 2019 Subaru Accent waited 10 weeks and when it arrived the color was wrong. Without a skip in his performance the dealer Manger said lets make this right and the second car was reordered. No hassle, no punishment what so ever, and on the color brochure was marked black and not Gray. They were so nice calm and reassuring. Sat me down in the office, got me a beverage, and went to work on ordering my new Subaru. The day finely came and when I picked up the new car. I noticed the other car had been sold. i was glade of that feeling some guilt. They had all the paper work ready, sat us down and were on the road in one hour. What and exceptional experience. More
