Findlay Subaru St. George - Service Center

Recently moved to St. George from Dallas, Texas. Took my 2023 Crosstrek it for scheduled inspection as well as oil & filter change (oil filter, engine air filter and cabin George from Dallas, Texas. Honestly, I didn’t think this dealership would “wow” me due to a lack of competition as this is the only Subaru dealership within 150 mile radius. Boy, was I wrong! I mean everything was handled with professionalism, courtesy, accuracy and efficiency “at a level” that outshines all other dealerships I’ve ever visited during my 45 years of car ownership. Take a look at the photo. The technician even wrote a date on the oil filter. How thoughtful and customer service focused the technician is! The ambience in the waiting room was very nice and relaxing. The building in whole was nicely laid out. I truly felt welcome there. My special thanks go to Chase and Jim for super pleasant experience. I look forward to visiting them again. DH More

Scheduled a non-routine service on my 2021 Outback with Chase Glover. I expected they would keep my car for diagnosis of the issue. They provided me a loaner car to use which I appreciated. I had good follow up conversations with Chase regarding the status of my car. Unfortunately it took some time to get parts for the repair and I didn't get the car back until 9 days after I dropped it off. The repair timeframe could have been better coordinated within the dealership from my perspective. Got my care back and it has been fine since I picked it up. Thanks to Chase Glover for keeping me in the loop and following through on my car repair. More

Dayzen Oar went above and beyond his salesperson duties. I bought a used vehicle thru Findlay Subaru, Saint George, and the next morning it would not start, Dayzen came to my house jump started the car and I bought a used vehicle thru Findlay Subaru, Saint George, and the next morning it would not start, Dayzen came to my house jump started the car and then made sure I was well informed on the progress thru the service dept.
