However, the air pressure alert light is still on, and so I must also assume that the tech did not check that particular point. Discount Tire, here I come. I also asked that the recall service be performed. It was not, and apparently the service writer did not even order it. Another service writer was to schedule that repair. I have not heard back about that. I recommend Finnegan to Dodge etc. owners in Rosenberg because it's the only game in town. Also, I appreciate the complimentary Uber service and vehicle wash. If I had known that the recall was not going to be addressed, I would have stayed at the dealership. I do not know if a car wash is still a perk. While I was still thinking I'd wait, I had asked that it not be done so that I could get out of there quickly. I am now trying to submit this review but the app will not let me because I haven't rated the employees I worked with. I did not work with Sales, Finance, or Management, I will select random employees just so I can get out of this review. More
Would highly recommend Finnegan for your next vehicle search. Very responsive, cordial, and professional team who always treated me with respect and “LISTENED” and understood what I wanted and didn’t wan search. Went for an oil change, they said an hour and a half, so we waited for the vehicle. 2 hours and 40 minutes into the wait time the service advisor came and told us that the bolt was stripped and that they we we waited for the vehicle. 2 hours and 40 minutes into the wait time the service advisor came and told us that the bolt was stripped and that they were going to cover it because my last oil change was there. And it shouldn’t take much longer well 3 hours of waiting I just told her to give my car. Mind you we got there at 10am for our appointment and left a little after one. I guess they cooked for the dealership there because all the technicians were coming out to get there plates. And we just kept waiting and waiting. Never going back!! You would think going to a dealership and paying extra for their service at least they would treat the customers right. Especially after they stripped my bolt and didn’t even replace it the last time I was there. Unacceptable!! More

As a handicapped person sometimes people overlook you or pass you by but there were plenty of people willing to offer help. The process of purchasing the vehicle I had in mind was very streamlined and efficient. At no point did I feel overwhelmed; Sammy made me feel like the ball was in my court and they were willing to make the purchase work for both of us. More
Just a horrible service department. Kept lying to me when it would be ready. "We have 2 senior techs working on it"....for 3 weeks. I went unannounced and found my engine still in parts days later. I lost $5000 on buying a new purchase( Acura) with this trade in. No one is in charge here. Old school set up...I need to talk to my manager. No, manager needs to grab a set and meet with customer. As in "scent with a woman" movie....I'd take a flame thrower to this place. My opinion as an Engineer I could run this place better and I know nothing with sales. I know how to meet with people and be honest. Do away with those stupid glass walls with a "pit boss" in charge. My Acura dealership was awesome with buyers....This Jeep place is so behind times ands needs to change. More
My car suddenly would not start on a Friday that I needed it the most due to a family emergency so I had it towed in into the dealership. In the end, he was able to get my car in line for diagnosis, and the main issue was fixed on time for me to pick it up before the office closed for the weekend. More
