Went in for a scheduled oil change that I set as an appointment three days earlier for 9am Monday morning. Arrived 10 mins early. Car was taken in a few minutes later as you would expect. At the 60 minute mark I was told " we had to give the guys in the shop a little nudge to speed things up". Keep in mind this is an appointment scheduled EXPRESS LANE service. At the 90 minute mark I went into the service office and asked what the deal was. I was told " there were other cars in front of me , to which I replied " why are there appointments offered "? Was told he did not know as appointments are " not guarantees " to get service. The car was finally delivered back to me at the 120 minute mark. Started the car, oil % was not reset , the next service sticker was not replaced and the washer fluid reservoir was left open. The issue here is appointments are offered but you might waste half your day. I prefer to change my own oil for this very reason but the scat pack I drive came with 7 prepaid changes so I am using them . If I walked in without an appointment I would completely understand. Going forward I will arrive 10 mins prior to the service department opening so I can avoid dealing with this garbage again. More

Finnegan Dodge really takes care of me. They not only service my car, they also wash it. I love being able to go somewhere as a woman, and feel safe that I will not be lied to about work that needs to be service my car, they also wash it. Three times I've had my oil changed on our new Rams in the past two years and three times they have messed it up. I took it in on Friday, January 28th and when I got my truck with 5,000 miles back it had the past two years and three times they have messed it up. I took it in on Friday, January 28th and when I got my truck with 5,000 miles back it had oil splatter on top of 3.0 Ecodiesel engine cowling, air breather box and fuse box; oil stain on my center console inside the cab; oil dripping for five days after the oil change as the tech didn't know the business end of a shop rag! I put the truck up on ramps twice and climbed underneath to mop up the mess and ensure the oil drain plug was tight (which it was), and now appear to have no more drips after five days! Well, day eight and I see drips under my truck, so I roll it back up on my ramps for a third time to clean up the underside of the cross member. See pics. First the Service Writer called to offer a free detail service and someone to power wash my driveway...really? Then Maria called as she wants to "go over with you the survey and make sure that we can do anything to fix the problem." Yep, I let FCA/Stellantis/Ram know how bad the service was on the survey they send after service work. Let's face it, it's all lip service from Finnegan as they would do the job correctly the first time if they really cared about the survey. Where was Maria when the Tech was changing the oil? Did she spot check for quality as the job was being done? Not! More
