My GMC is very nice, but I would have like for the sales person to have went over some of the furthers in the vehicle with me. Not impressed at all with the way that Chad went over my financial part of the person to have went over some of the furthers in the vehicle with me. Not impressed at all with the way that Chad went over my financial part of the transaction with my mailing address. Everything was wrong. I explain to him my address was a Post Office box to receive my mail he said that he would change it and he didn't, all my mail went back to the sender. I would also would have like to pick my own financial institution. Not a lender all the way in California. NOT IMPRESSED AT All!!!! 😔 More

Bought a car (on Friday) and within one day of driving it an error message popped up on the dash. Immediately called the dealership when they opened on Monday, they couldn’t get the car in until Tuesday. Dro an error message popped up on the dash. Immediately called the dealership when they opened on Monday, they couldn’t get the car in until Tuesday. Dropped the car off and they weren’t able to find anything wrong with the car. Again, drive the car home— error message pops up “transmission is in emergency, okay to drive.” Guess I’ll have to take it to a real mechanic! Will never do business here again, so much for that handshake! More
