I've never recieved a free oil change. Had them drop the ball several times while getting oil changes from them. Examples include being over 1 and a half hours late to pick me up at my day job to go get my escape after an oil change. Say next time they are going to make it right give me a loaner vehicle while mine is having its oil changed. That didnt happened either. Another time it is raining out I pay for the oil change they dont even tell me where in the lot my car is parked end up walking in the rain looking for it. Was using them because they are close to my job. Today issue with booking appointment for oil change online. Strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. More

No Idea We stop to look at a Ford Flex and they had no idea where it was. Three days after they found and said it was ready, it was dirty and 4,000 miles than We stop to look at a Ford Flex and they had no idea where it was. Several days later when we stopped back to talk about the car it still was dirty and the sales manager would not move on price insisting it had new tires and all options. Ripped me off. Sold me a $2700 "5 year/100k mile warranty" and told me it was from the day I bought it and 100k from the mileage I bought it with, which was 65k. Aft Sold me a $2700 "5 year/100k mile warranty" and told me it was from the day I bought it and 100k from the mileage I bought it with, which was 65k. After 2 years I go back for some warranty work for the first time, which should be covered according to the service tech I talked to, only to find out my warranty ended 20k miles ago. Even the finance manager said it was 100k from the mileage I bought the car with. So either he's a complete moron, or he's playing dumb because he got caught. The fact is they took advantage of my girlfriend and I, because we were young and still thought we could trust people and hadn't bought cars before. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More

They worked with my budget and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also work with local banks such as Dupaco to provide a convenient way to finance with your own bank at the dealer so you can get all the paper work done right at Finnin Ford.
