I did a ton of shopping around when my wife and I were searching for our new Toyota Sienna. I called or stopped out to about 6 different Toyota dealerships, and the people at Kasper's were by far the frie searching for our new Toyota Sienna. I called or stopped out to about 6 different Toyota dealerships, and the people at Kasper's were by far the friendliest of all of them, from the first phone call I made to my first service appointment they have been top notch. When I called Brian took his time(about a half hour) to go over in great detail the vehicle so to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for my needs. After it was all said and done we ended up getting a better equipped vehicle and a lifetime warranty as well for the same deal as other dealerships. There was little to no haggling and back and forth games, when it came to numbers they were very straight forward with their pricing. When we came in to pick up our new sienna Brian went over every option of the vehicle and gave us a very detailed tour of the dealership and really made us feel at home. The vehicle was in immaculate condition the best car buying experience i have ever had.
