I set an appointment for 8:00AM for an oil change and Ron quickly and courteously sent me through and done in 30min!! He also followed up with me in the waiting area.

I came in for service, Joe Murray is very professional and is quick to respond to issues in a quit, and confidential room. While walking into the service waiting area after my initial check-in with my 2009 vehicle, I was greeted by Bobbie (Using Patrick Sylver business card but had her name on it.) Bobbie is the vehicle upgrade & Protection. I explained a previous experience I had with a sales person and she said she would like to introduce me to a true Firkins Sale person because she just knew she could help me. She then introduced me to Theresa Stevens. Theresa took time to discuss what I was looking for and jotting information down on my quest for a new vehicle. During the time she was to attend a meeting for 1 1/2 max. During this time Mr Murray explain what was going on and the cost to repair my 2009 car (confidential room), he provided me with a rental car for the day since repairs were to take awhile. While waiting for my rental to be checked out, Bobbie was right then ensuring I was being helped and moving in the right direction and she let me know Theresa Stevens would be coming out of her meeting soon, so be patient. Once the meeting concluded for Theresa, she begin her process to help me in buying a new JEEP. Theresa was QUICK and done miles of work to prepare me for a great experience in working with her team in getting me out quickly and worked hard with the financing along with Damian Ireton, Finance Manager. Not sure of the other gentleman who introduced himself to me, but he was going to evaluate my 2009 vehicle for cost. While waiting in the Sales area for all the paperwork, a very kind man looked over his office and said Congratulations on your new vehicle." Theresa came around the corner and said "we are all set", lets go complete the paperwork. While talking with the Damian Ireton, he indicated Theresa told him about my 90 year old Mother and Mother-in-Law and driving them around town. The 2019 Jeep did not have any running boards, Theresa explained that to the Finance Manager, so he knew I needed running boards as part of the package. Anyways, I can't say enough about the team at Firkins and the efficiency of the areas that assisted Theresa. I also can't believe my experience from start to finish on that Friday August 16th. 2019. Theresa told me to come early Saturday for the running boards to be installed, I did and Sean was right there to assist me in the service work and I was out in no time. Theresa was there as expected, and she took me out to the vehicle to show me how to take off the top and rear roof if I want to ride in the open air. Thank you so much for your team effort and collaboration in getting me into a 2019 vehicle. You guy should be complemented for outstanding service. There is one person that kept checking on how I was being served, her name was Shirley W. She was very sincere in what she knows about Firkins and the help they provide with Customer Service. Shawn Clarke was my salesman and he did a good job moving the process along, allowing me to look at multiple vehicles and reacting to a problem that I discovered after taking the vehicle. The sales manager I worked with (sorry - don’t recall his name) was direct and honest and made me only one offer that, based on my research, was very good and accepted. overall experience was excellent. Good job to all involved.
