I purchased a used vehicle from them and not even a month later I started having problems with my abs system. I emailed my sales person who played it off, telling me that I could bring my car to their shop a later I started having problems with my abs system. I emailed my sales person who played it off, telling me that I could bring my car to their shop and that I "purchased a warranty and maybe it will cover it"... Well, I'm not dumb. A powertrain warranty doesn't cover abs systems. However, I sent another email after I took the car to a tire shop to get my tires balanced since one of the weights fell off. The tire shop advised me that my rear shocks are leaking. So a month of ownership of a used car from Firkins and I have failing shocks and a faulty abs pump. I sent 3 emails total and now Firkins has stopped replying to me.. I've purchased other used vehicles in my life and generally when things go wrong shortly after delivery the dealership fixed them under good faith but I guess there's no faith here.I won't be recommending Firkins to anyone for a used vehicle. More

I own a 2019 2500 cummins. Replaced the original dash in 2021 because it was coming apart. Bought the extended warranty for @$3,000.00 and found out later the dash is not cover Replaced the original dash in 2021 because it was coming apart. Bought the extended warranty for @$3,000.00 and found out later the dash is not covered by the extended warranty(contrary to what the warranty salesman had said. Ram Doesn't Care dropped the ball on two warranty requests and pushed it to the dealer. The Dealers best offer was to split the cost. This is a well know defective part that should be replaced by Ram. This was my experience, I hope yours is better. More
