Unresolved mechanical issues with brand new car Purchased a brand new car and on the way home noticed a strong shake from the front end. Have taken the car back twice and the dealer is not able to Purchased a brand new car and on the way home noticed a strong shake from the front end. Have taken the car back twice and the dealer is not able to resolve the issue. Problem being escalated to Chrysler for assistance. Sales team has washed their hands of the issues after selling me a defective car and has done nothing to reimburse me for missed time at work and driving hundreds of miles back and forth to the dealership to fix a brand new car. Sales manager had a bad attitude when discussing the issues at hand. Will not buy from this dealership again. More

Finally Fixed! I finally have my car fixed after months of run around from another dealer in my town. I was told by everyone that my 2016 Challenger R/T could not be I finally have my car fixed after months of run around from another dealer in my town. I was told by everyone that my 2016 Challenger R/T could not be fixed (my 4 wheel alignment was way out of specs). I brought my car to Firkins Dodge and they fixed the problem within 1 hour. Kudos to the technician that fixed it and Derek in the Service Department that understood my problem right away and did what had to be done to get it fixed. A big Thank You to everyone at Firkins that helped to solve the problem very quickly.There is no doubt about it, my next car purchased will be from Firkins. I will continue to use Firkins for all of my repairs from now on. It really is a shame that I had to travel to another town to get my car fixed, the dealer in my town should not even be in business because they were only trying to sell me a new car, not fix the one I purchased.
