Recall Notice and Offered Oil Change I brought my Chrysler 200 in for a recall notice. The service technician asked me if I needed anything else while I was there - Oil Change or anythin I brought my Chrysler 200 in for a recall notice. The service technician asked me if I needed anything else while I was there - Oil Change or anything? I said, Sure it is due for an oil change and he told me ok. we can do that for you for $19.95. When I originally booked the appointment, they mentioned it would take 2 hours to accomplish the recall. I was offered a loaner vehicle which was very helpful. Waited and waited all day and finally received a call at 3:00 p.m. - I could pick up my car around 4:00 p.m. I arrived promptly returned the loaner car and cashed out with the cashier at 4:30 p.m. When I found my vehicle I was surprised they didn't even wash and vacuum it for me. And I was surprised my oil change came to $50 vs. $20 with parts, taxes and fees. More
