The salesman and finance person just tell you anything to get the sale done i was asked to verify my address i gave at least 10 documents from a check stubs to car titles after hrs of frustration i asked if it was anything else they needed i was told no so i made the deal put a $2000 dollars deposit however i drove over from Jacksonville, Florida and couldn’t drive 2 cars so the ensured me they would have to associates drive it to Orlando the next business day i took off work to meet them now they asked for more paperwork and said they needed it before they can deliver. On top of all of this i had a pre approval with capital one in which the finance guy said they only would give him 48 months because of the age and mileage. After leaving the lot i called to verify in which Capital One totally disagreed More
