I decided to go to a Dodge dealership in the area since they would have the knowledge and expertise to address this challenge. I decided and went to Firkins for my problem. Firkins really came through with their expertise to correct this ignition problem. Problem solved, I'm very pleased how this challenge was handled, especially since I'm a new customer. Some could be better Arriving for service to have my car looked at for brakes already making noise with only having a new car got 5 months was taken care of but I was unha Arriving for service to have my car looked at for brakes already making noise with only having a new car got 5 months was taken care of but I was unhappy and unimpressed with the loaner and employee I dealt with. I was put in a 2019 which smelled HORRIBLE of cigarette smoke and stained seats and dirty inside. The car was not cleaned and I did inform the guy that put me in it at the Payless building. He didn’t seem to concerned about it. If you’re going to put someone in a car it should at least be cleaned before the next uses it. If I wanted to I wouldn’t of even put my kids in that car due to health reasons and the nasty cigarettes. More
