Recall service I took my Jeep here for a recall and some lights on dash were on I was told it needed a head as well, then it took several days to get the parts and I I took my Jeep here for a recall and some lights on dash were on I was told it needed a head as well, then it took several days to get the parts and I was quoted a price to fix it. When I went to pick up my Jeep it was a different price than I got quoted and while driving my Jeep the same lights have returned back on and now makes a noise in my dash! More

Okay Work, but it always takes 2-3 Visits to fix Problem My driver seat was moving all the time, when they first tried to fix it they scratched up the steering wheel and the seat still moved. After waiting one month I was able to make another appointment and take it back in. They replace the seat and the steering wheel this email works fine. Gentleman that greeted us was not particularly friendly and not at all apologetic for us being allowed to schedule on Saturday. We had three things we wanted addressed two of them came back as could not reproduce in the third one I’m not positive that it’s actually been fixed. One of the issues happens constantly and started happening again not long after we left the dealer. I am so sick and tired of dealers that tell you they can’t reproduce things that are clearly a problem. No we will have to waste our time and go back to the dealer to get satisfaction. More
