After my last review, I was promised a free detailing. When I called for my appointment I reminded the young lady about the promise and she said she would note it. Upon arrival I was told there would be no time for a detail. The oil change was done in a timely manner but had to stand in the heat for quite a while before some got my key to the car. I travelled 1 hr and 45mins for this service, Will never return to firkins, this is not the way to keep customers, very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!! More
