I should have pulled over immediately when I smelled a burning smell, but I thought I could limp the truck 5 miles to the dealership. The repair bill was exceeding $3,000 due to the damage, the vehicle was outside of warranty, however the dealership explored all options for me due to the low mileage. The dealership went the extra mile, contacted Chrysler on my behalf, and ensured that I would not bear the brunt of the repair bill. The Service Manager, GM, and Joe all made me feel like a valued customer, they listened to my concerns, and the repairs were reduced by $2,000. I will say also when I have purchased new vehicles from them in the past their sales department also gave me the best possible price, trade in values, and were professional. More

Best Jeep Dealer in Florida! After spending the better part of a Saturday with a Tampa dealer, we narrowed our wish list down to the exact Jeep Wrangler Unlimited we wanted. We t After spending the better part of a Saturday with a Tampa dealer, we narrowed our wish list down to the exact Jeep Wrangler Unlimited we wanted. We told the salesperson what color we wanted and he drove us around the inventory lots but there were none available. He told us to expect that his sales manager would be offering more incentive to purchase an available color that was different than our first choice. The sales manager came over and told us that the Rubicon is not made in the color that we had chosen. He then kept pressuring us to accept his non discounted deal. We quickly left, came home and did our own internet search. We found that Firkins had the exact Jeep we were wanting. We visited Firkins on Sunday afternoon and were paired with Rhonda, a knowledgable, friendly salesperson who worked with us to meet our needs. Next we met with Damian in Finance who succinctly explained everything to us and worked to get us the best financing deal he could. The dealer had already closed before our deal was finished but everyone took time to not make it a rushed experience. Between Rhonda and Damian, this new car purchase was not only honest but it was quick and painless! More

He walked me through roadside assistance, got me into service as soon I had my car begin to overheat unexpectedly. I called Firkins and spoke to Ron.
