Service We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and Joe was very apologetic that we had to wait as lon We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and Joe was very apologetic that we had to wait as long as we did. We knew it was not his fault but appreciated his letting us know the reasons why and it was fine with us. The only issue we had was when we were driving home, we noticed that the settings on the dashboard were not what we had when we arrived. We were told that when you get an oil change, the settings revert to what they were when we obtained the car. After a couple of phone calls, we were able to fix the problem. The service technicians should be aware of what the settings are and have them set back to what we had. This would have avoided the frustration of having to call. Otherwise, everything was fine. I hope that when we come back for our next service that we have Joe again. More
